About Ease Health
Ease Health is building the AI-native operating system for behavioral health. Today, providers rely on fragmented systems across EHR, CRM, billing, scheduling, and documentation. This creates operational drag, staff burnout, and lost revenue. Ease consolidates these into a single platform powered by AI.
We’ve raised $41M from leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, along with BoxGroup, Abstract Ventures, F3 Partners, and Sunflower Capital. We are growing extremely fast, partnering with leading behavioral health organizations across the country, and rapidly expanding both our product and team.
The Role
We’re hiring an RCM Lead, Implementations to own how new customers’ billing gets configured correctly from day one. You’ll sit at the intersection of payor contracts, billing rules, and our RCM platform, translating the fine print of each customer’s payor agreements into a chargemaster and system configuration that bills accurately and runs as automatically as possible.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role that works directly with customers. You’ll be the person who reads the contract, understands the reimbursement terms, and configures the system so claims go out clean and rework stays low.
What you’ll do
- Review and interpret customer payor contracts to extract the rates, terms, and rules that drive correct billing
- Configure the RCM system with the codes, fee schedules, and billing rules needed for accurate, compliant claims
- Design billing logic to be as automated as possible, minimizing manual intervention and downstream denials
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, validate setup, and walk through configuration decisions
- Partner with billing and operations teams to QA configurations and resolve edge cases before go-live
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on payor rules and system configuration throughout implementation and handoff
- Document configuration standards and find ways to make setup faster, cleaner, and more repeatable
Who you are
- Experienced reading and interpreting payor contracts and translating them into concrete billing rules
- Hands-on experience configuring EHR/PM and/or RCM systems — billing rules, fee schedules, and chargemaster setup (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working directly with customers: confident leading calls, gathering requirements, and explaining technical billing concepts in plain language
- Detail-oriented and systems-minded, with a bias toward automation over manual workarounds
- Able to operate as an individual contributor and own outcomes end-to-end in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Behavioral health billing experience is a plus, but not required
Why this role
- Own a high-impact function that directly affects customer revenue and retention
- Work directly with customers and leadership on the problems that matter most
- Shape how billing configuration scales as the company grows
- Join a high-growth company at an early stage
