About Ease Health
Ease Health is building the AI-native operating system for behavioral health.
Today, providers rely on fragmented systems across EHR, CRM, billing, scheduling, and documentation. This creates operational drag, staff burnout, and lost revenue. Ease replaces that entire stack with a single, unified platform that connects the full lifecycle from intake to care to collections.
On top of that foundation, we layer AI across every workflow. From automated intake and eligibility to ambient documentation, utilization review, and revenue cycle management, we are redesigning how behavioral health organizations operate.
Ease recently raised a $41M Series A led by a16z.
The Role
We are hiring a high-agency generalist to work across operations, RCM, and implementations. This is not a narrow role. You will plug into the highest-priority problems in the business and help drive them from ambiguity to execution.
One day you may be working with a customer to solve an operational issue. The next you are helping support a go-live, rebuilding our AR workflow, or something else entirely. The common thread is ownership, speed, and follow-through.
This role is designed for someone earlier in their career who wants to learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and operate close to the core of the business.
What you’ll do
- Jump into high-priority problems across ops, customer support, RCM, and implementations
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows
- Build and refine internal processes to improve speed and quality of execution
- Own discrete projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery
- Identify gaps, fix what is broken, and ensure nothing important stalls
Who you are
- 1.5–7 years of experience in consulting, investing, banking, operations, or a high-growth startup
- Default to using AI tools to move faster, think better, and increase output across everything you do
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and switching contexts quickly
- Excited to work hard and be in the trenches building a company
What this is not
- Not a Chief of Staff role
- Not a narrow, single-function job
Why this role
- Work directly on the most important problems in the company with founders and executives
- High-velocity learning across multiple functions
- Real ownership
- Direct exposure to how a company is built from the inside
