("Ease Health," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website easehealth.com and provides a cloud-based platform that unifies CRM, EHR, and RCM for behavioral health providers (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our Service.
By accessing our website or using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Service.

- Form Submissions. When you fill out a contact form, download a resource, or request information, we collect the data you submit.

- Payment Information. If you purchase our Service, we collect billing details such as your billing address. Payment card information is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

Our Service is designed for behavioral health providers who handle Protected Health Information as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). When we process PHI on behalf of our customers in connection with the Service, we do so as a Business Associate under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
This Privacy Policy does not govern PHI processed through our Service. The handling of PHI is governed by the applicable BAA between Ease Health and the covered entity, and by HIPAA and applicable state regulations. Our customers (covered entities) maintain responsibility for obtaining appropriate consents from their patients.
The information collected through our marketing website (easehealth.com) is not PHI.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies:
- Essential Cookies. Required for basic site functionality such as navigation and access to secure areas.
- Analytics Cookies. Help us understand how visitors interact with our website, including page views, clicks, and navigation patterns. We also use session replay technology that records how visitors interact with our site (mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling). Session recordings mask sensitive input fields such as form data.
