Nursing Operations Lead

About Ease Health

Ease Health is building the AI-native operating system for behavioral health. Today, providers rely on fragmented systems across EHR, CRM, billing, scheduling, and documentation. This creates operational drag, staff burnout, and lost revenue. Ease consolidates these into a single platform powered by AI.

We’ve raised $41M from leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, along with BoxGroup, Abstract Ventures, F3 Partners, and Sunflower Capital. We are growing extremely fast, partnering with leading behavioral health organizations across the country, and rapidly expanding both our product and team.

The Role

We’re hiring a Nursing Operations Lead to work directly on high-priority initiatives across implementation, support, customer success, and product.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical workflows and software. You will partner closely with behavioral health providers to implement Ease, solve complex operational challenges, and ensure the platform works seamlessly in real-world clinical environments. You will also serve as a key voice into the product, helping shape features based on frontline clinical needs.

This role is fully remote with periodic travel to partner sites. Active licensure as an RN, LPN, NP or PA is required; applications without qualifying licensure will not be considered at this time.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex clinical and operational support issues
  • Translate clinical workflows across inpatient and outpatient settings into product requirements and partner with engineering and product teams
  • Lead implementations for behavioral health providers across the full continuum of care: inpatient psychiatry, residential SUD, IOP, PHP, and outpatient
  • Train clinical staff and operators on how to effectively use Ease in day-to-day workflows
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline nursing workflows, medical intake, care coordination, and documentation workflows using AI
  • Conduct clinical demos and support implementation for new and existing customers
  • Work directly with customer leadership teams to drive adoption, outcomes, and retention

Who you are

  • Active medical or nursing license required from the following: RN, LPN, NP, or PA
  • Deep familiarity with MAR (Medication Administration Record) systems and medication administration workflows, including ordering, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Direct experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings with a strong grasp of clinical operations at each level
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations
  • Highly analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
  • Motivated to move beyond traditional clinical roles and help build technology that scales care delivery
